Prof. Tianhui Fan, South China University of Technology, China


Experience: Fan Tianhui, professor of School of Civil Engineering and Transportation, South China University of Technology.He has long been committed to the research work related to the far-reaching, greening and intelligent system of marine engineering, and has carried out in-depth research on the optimization design, performance analysis and test technology of marine engineering equipment. In recent years, he has published more than 30 high-level academic papers in TOP journals in the fields of Ocean Engineering and internationally renowned conferences such as OMAE, and the relevant achievements have been cited and positively evaluated by scholars from many research institutions such as Norway's MARINTEK, the United States' OTRC, and Shanghai Jiaotong University. In the past three years, he has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, General Program, Guangdong Province Marine Economic Development Key Project, Guangdong Province Key Field R&D Program Project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Guangzhou Science and Technology Program Project, and the opening of the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering. Fund and the Open Fund of the State Key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering and many other vertical research projects at all levels. Among them, the total cost of Guangdong Province Marine Economic Development Key Project "Full-coupled dynamic analysis of floating offshore wind power platform and its device research and development" is 170 million yuan.

Norway and a member of Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA), Norway


Experience: Muk Chen Ong is a Professor in Marine Technology and Marine Operations at University of Stavanger (UiS), Norway and a member of Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences (NTVA). He is currently Strategic Research Area Leader for Ocean, Leader of Ocean Technology Innovation Cluster Stavanger, UiS EU Project Positioning Coordinator for Ocean Technology and Head of Marine and Subsea Technology Group at UiS. He is also an Associate Editor of ASME Journal of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering, Editorial Board Members of Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers - Maritime Engineering, Journal of the Korean Society of Fisheries and Ocean Technology, and Ocean Systems Engineering (International Journal).
